All orders are sent out on the next working day after they are received.
Only orders that payment has been approved on are processed.

Orders are sent out using royal mail recorded delivery for all destinations (airmail for overseas).

It is your responsibility to check if the goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country of destination. We cannot offer refunds on goods that are not allowed customs clearance or are destroyed on arrival.

All of our products are legal for circulation in the european community, but we are not aware of laws in other countries.
